Basuki Disappointed With SKPD Performance

Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T. Purnama questioned Regional Working Unit (SKPD) who have no purchase a land. Whereas there are so many land ready to purchase with Taxable Value of Property (NJOP) price.

7 trillion to purchase it. But unfortunately until now no land is purchased.
“I am so mad they don’t have any courage to
execute it, we had prepared the budget,” he said at Pattern Room, City Hall,
Thursday (8/27).
He further explained based on
Presidential Regulation No.2014 on land purchasing under 5 hectares do not need
any socialization.
There are several lands have not executed such as for Mass Rapid
Transit (MRT) construction, Pancoran Community Public Health Service (Puskesmas)
and in Ancol area.
